Progressive Auto Sales on Washington and Caswell were amazing. Les, was my salesman was super friendly, honest and reasonable. He was straight-forward on all the questions I had. They gave me a pretty great deal on the car I purchased, even included the windshield repairs on the purchase. That is unheard of customer service. Absolutely recommend this great used car dealership.Thanks Guys!

Straight forward buying experience. I know what I want when I'm looking for vehicles, so I don't really fiddle faddle around with much. It was a fairly smooth and simple process dealing with the folks down at Progressive Auto. Would definitely do business again.

So easy to work with and got us approved when other dealerships couldn’t. Les was fantastic and answered all of our questions and got us into a new vehicle within 24 hours. I couldn’t recommend more- especially if your credit history isn’t perfect.

Great experience buying a truck also tried talking to the unhappy customer that left a bad review Cody that I beat to a truck by minutes. They did not treat him rude in anyway also you can put a deposit down so vehicles won’t be sold before you arrive. Very reasonable people

Les was amazing. I had a weird situation with how I would be buying the vehicle. They listened to what I was needing and made the process simple. Les and I also discovered that we know many of the same people. I went in feeling like a stranger but left feeling like a friend. Les kept the process simple and to the point. No major hoop jumping events to get into a car!

I bought a Mercedes 2005 from these guys and they were amazing. Oil light came on and it needs to have oil put in and reset they are willing to help me out with it even after I already paid for it all. My husband also bought a truck from here as well and we both got killer deals from them. I suggest anyone who is in need of a vehicle go and see Less and Scott they are great guys.
